With over 70 sites nestled among large shade trees The Resort is secluded but conveniently accessible from Interstates 10 and 65 as well Alabama and Florida’s white sand beaches.
Each has been constructed to accommodate the largest of Motor Coaches. Additionally, every site is equipped with full hookup: electric, water, and sewer.

Resort Policies
All reservations must be guaranteed by credit card with a $25.00 non refundable deposit. If you cancel your reservation with less than 24-hour notice you will be charged for an additional 1-night stay.
Current, Summer Season, Monthly residents’ rates remain in effect when seasonal rates change to Winter Rates; as long they have made a reservation for winter months that are continuous to their summer reservation.
[Example: The guest made reservations from September 1 to November 31, the rate for all three months would be $400 each. If they made reservations for the months of September and November then the September rate would be $400 and the November rate would be at $450]

We welcome you and sincerely hope that you thoroughly enjoy your stay with us. We rely on your common sense, courtesy, and observance of our guidelines which we hope will ensure enjoyment by all.
Quiet Time is between 10PM and 8AM
Rental Guest Registration and Check-Out
- All guests must register at the front office
- Management Reserves the right to deny rental or access to anyone at their own discretion
- Basic fee is for four (4) guests per site. Each extra guest is $2 per night
- Check out time is 12:00 AM
- If you would like to extend your stay, please check with the office for availability from 10:00 – 11:00 AM
Vehicles
- Recreational Vehicles must be not less than 24 feet.
- Recreational Vehicles over 10 years of age must not be unsightly in appearance; left up to Management’s discretion.
- Maximum of 2 vehicles per site.
- Speed limit is 10 mph throughout the Resort.
- No on site washing of vehicles, without approval of management.
- Drivers of Personal Motorized Vehicles (Golf-carts, ATV, Motorbikes ect.) must possess a valid Driver’s License.
Fires, Firearms, & Smoking
- Fires are allowed in approved containers only.
- Firearms, Lethal Weapons, and Fireworks are prohibited
- No smoking in public buildings or pool area.
Pet Restrictions
- We welcome your pets to the Resort as part of your family.
- There is a limit of two (2) household pets per site.
- Please keep your pets leashed at all times when outside.
- Please do not leave your pets unattended or allow them to create a disturbance.
- Pets must be with you at all times if they are outside your RV.
- Pets are not permitted in or around the Clubhouse, pool area or common areas.
- Please promptly pick up after your pets and do not walk them through other owners’ lots.
- We reserve the right to refuse space to anyone that management feels has a pet not suitable for our Resort.
